It looks nice and does what I needed it to do, so no major complaints there. But for the price, I expected it to feel a bit more high-end. It’s not bad at all, just doesn’t feel like the best bang for your buck, ya know?

The product itself was okay, but dealing with customer service was annoying. I had to message a few times before anyone got back to me, and then I kept getting transferred around instead of someone actually helping. When I finally did get an answer, it felt rushed and didn’t really solve the issue. Just made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be

I was disappointed with this. It seemed fine at first, but it broke way sooner than I expected. The parts just doesn’t feel like they’re made to hold up.

I bought this from For Life Design USA thinking it would make loose leaf tea easier and maybe a little more enjoyable. Cute idea, I guess, but in actual use it didn’t really do much for me.

The tea comes out weak unless I use way more leaves than I normally would, which is obviously super convenient if you enjoy burning through your tea faster. Even then, the flavor still tastes kind of flat. The strainer also lets little bits through, so I still end up with stuff floating in my cup, which kind of defeats the point.

Cleaning it isn’t great either, and for the price I expected it to feel a lot more polished. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it was just more annoying than helpful. I wouldn’t buy it again

I’m kind of worn out from dealing with sites that feel like this. The design looks old, everything feels cluttered, and it’s hard to enjoy using it. The colors seem off too, so the whole thing just comes across as messy.

I ordered this from For Life Design USA, and maybe I assumed from the way it was presented that it would be easier to maintain, but cleaning it has been frustrating. Dust and little marks show up really quickly, and when I try to wipe it down, it doesn’t come clean as easily as I expected. I kept going over the same spots, and it still looked kind of dull afterward. It just feels like something that should be low-maintenance but really isn’t. Not super happy with it.

I expected the site to be straightforward, but it ended up being more frustrating than I thought. The menus weren’t very clear, pages felt slow, and even finding basic info took way longer than it should have. After poking around for a bit, I just gave up.
